Build Knowledge-friendly Culture

In today's scenario, we cannot be ignorant of cultures. Everybody belongs to some culture. Some cultures evolved with time based on race, region etc. So, everybody knows what culture is. What is knowledge-friendly culture anyway? Why do I recommend to be a part of the knowledge-friendly culture and evolve with it? Knowledge lies in our head. It is not visible to anyone else until and unless we intend to do so or implement the knowledge. But, when two individuals meet with the same knowledge domain predominant in their head, chemistry of knowledge starts working. Bonding starts taking place in them. Culture... in most primitive state starts taking shape. Even today, we can have such primitive cultures that belong to just two individuals. The moment two individuals join and experience their knowledge domain together they share, they evolve. This is the meaning of knowledge-friendly culture. Do Networking sites help create business?

Networking sites provide a platform to connect. Different sites appeal to different user base. Sometimes, the user base significantly overlaps. But, the users look for different things on different sites and their preferences change depending on which type of community they are in at the moment even if they are on the same site. We generally find these sites with either of the dominating flavors - community building or networking. In community sites, people generally have similar things to do and matching interests. Networking sites also help create targeted communities so I am in. Networking sites help create an understanding that they are here for some purpose. For example LinkedIn, people want to connect with other professionals in their industry. They talk about business leads and expert advice. Moral of the movie

"What a shot! Kill this @#%&*~" he shouted. The child was now standing on his seat. His mom trying to cool him down wasnot able to stop either. This loud child was heard almost always there was a fighting scene.

The child may forget the fight scenes but the impact on his mind will remain for some time.

A person may not remember many of the stories that were told during early childhood. However, I do believe some of thevalues built into a person can surely be credited to the 'moral of the story' for every story told at bed-time during childhood.

Generally, the movies have around 10% time devoted to show the ethics and the victory of good over evils. Remaining 90% is something else. Knowingly or unknowingly we carry some ingredients from the movie that mould us. Can we find a way to use that positively? I suggest showing a 'moral of the movie' in the end that relates to the positive 10% or the meaningful theme of the movie.

Team Work

It was a sports stadium. Eight Children were standing on the track to participate in a running event. 
* Ready! * Steady! * Bang.!!! With the sound of Toy pistol,All eight girls started running. Hardly had they covered ten to fifteen steps,when one of the smaller girls slipped and fell down,Due to bruises and pain she started crying. When the other seven girls heard the little girl cry theystopped running, stood for a while and turned back.Seeing the girl on the track they all ran to help. One among them bent down, picked her up and kissed her gentlyAnd enquired as to how she was.They then lifted the fallen girl pacifying her.  Two of them held her firmly while all seven joined hands together and walked together towards the winning post... There was pin drop silence at the spectator's stand.
